ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
On October 9, 2025, in Warsaw, an international meeting of business owners, executives, and investors will take place – dedicated to growth strategies, international expansion, acquisitions, and value creation in times of market volatility.
The event is part of the annual WIL Group Conference (Worldwide Interim Leadership Group) – a global organization bringing together leading firms in interim and transition management, operating across all continents.
For the first time, the conference will be held in Central and Eastern Europe, hosted by Inwenta – a Polish consulting firm that has been supporting business owners and executives for more than two decades during pivotal moments of growth, succession, expansion, and reorganization.
A portion of the program has been specifically designed for Polish participants and their needs – creating a space to discuss development, management succession, strengthening organizational structures, and capital initiatives.
