With more than 25 years of professional experience in M&A, he combines his management activity of the NORGESTION Group with the management of M&A deals, having acted, in this field, as an advisor in more than 50 closed operations in various sectors (automotive, capital goods, machine tool, telecommunications, food, IT, etc.).
He has also participated in numerous transactions in the capital markets (BME Growth, MARF and Main Market), including the IPOs of MASMOVIL, GRENERGY, ATRYS HEALTH, ARTECHE, ...
He joined the M&A department of NORGESTION at the beginning of 2000. Since February 2024, he has been President of NORGESTION.
Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto, ESTE (Pr. 1996).
