After being trained as a business economist in Amsterdam, Jan developed into a hands-on CFO/CEO, supplemented by over 15 years of experience in the interim market at PWC, ConQuaestor and JBR.


He was member of different management boards for 25+ years in both permanent roles and interim management assignments, including at the Dutch Railway Company, Unilever and several others. Jan has a paramount focus on achieving results without losing sight of people, strong internal and external collaboration and taking full responsibility. 


In his role as Partner Interim & Governance at JBR, he is the first point of contact for interim, crisis and transformation management questions and always looking for the best way to help shareholders, entrepreneurs, and senior management to realize their ambitions and goals.
