Dr. Stanisław Wojnicki runs the consulting firm SW Mentoring, which operates in the field of human resources and organizational management. He has 25 years of managerial experience in FMCG companies and the financial sector. In addition to Poland, he has worked in the USA, the Netherlands, and the Middle East. Currently, he works as an interim manager in the HR area; as a consultant, he supports the development and implementation of new organizational processes and structures in companies, and carries out projects focused on innovative thinking and managing intergenerational cooperation. He has delivered interim management projects for companies such as Allianz, Henkel, Owens-Illinois, Artech/Armor, Huta Częstochowa, and Bolsius. In addition to day-to-day HR function management, his projects have included group layoffs, the design and implementation of HR procedures, crisis management, negotiations with trade unions, and the termination of collective labor agreements (ZUZP). He is the author of the book “Different Generations, One Organization”, which explores various aspects of managing intergenerational cooperation within companies.

Dr. Wojnicki is also a board member of the Polish HR Association – PSHR and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Interim Managers – SIM.
