NON-EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER, ESG EXPERT, BUSINESS MENTOR

She is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at the private equity firm Abris Capital Partners, responsible for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policy and standards, investor relations, and oversight of portfolio companies. She has spent many years working for private equity firms operating in the CEE region.

As an experienced supervisory board member, she currently serves on the Supervisory Board and the Audit and Strategy Committees of Orange Polska S.A., as well as on the Supervisory Board of Grupa Graal. Following the approval of the ECB in June 2024, she was appointed to the Supervisory Board and as Chair of the Audit Committee of Šiaulių Bankas in Lithuania. In the past, she served on the Supervisory Boards and Audit and Risk Committees of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and Bank BGŻ S.A., as well as on the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Allianz Polska and Euler Hermes. She has also held the role of Chair of the Supervisory Board at Mykogen and Velvet Care, and served on the supervisory boards of numerous portfolio companies of the private equity funds Innova Capital and Enterprise Investors in Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. 

She is a member of the Programme Council of the United Nations Global Compact. In the past, she served as a Management Board member of the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and contributed to developing reporting standards for the private equity industry within Invest Europe. She is also the founder of the Polish branch of Level20 – an organization promoting private equity careers for women. She is actively engaged in mentoring programmes and initiatives promoting diversity in corporate leadership.
